Below is a comprehensive guideline for on set productions to provide safety for our models and your crew. Please provide your COVID guidelines before booking a model. We encourage you to check that most of these, if not all, of the below, will be in place.
ON SET COVID GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCTION
Sign a waiver acknowledging the risk of participating in the shoot
Fill out a detailed survey confirming that they neither have symptoms of Covid-19, nor have been in proximity with people that have had confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the past 14 days
Self-monitor for symptoms during the day of the shoot, and immediately report
10 people in any one space, as recommended by the State of New York
One of those 10 people will be a dedicated safety coordinator, whose sole responsibility during the shoot will be enforcing the rules outlined in this deck, and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and spaces
Everyone on site, from receptionists to maintenance workers, will have submitted to a mandatory temperature check upon entry
High touch surfaces and areas will be disinfected at least 3 times a day
Studios are equipped with HVAC fresh air economizers, specifically designed for hospitals, which inject over 50% fresh air from the outside into the studio

Face masks (including KN95 Masks)
Face shields (for individuals performing hair and makeup)
Rubber gloves
Paper jumpsuits
Sanitizing wands
Hand sanitizer
Disinfectant wipes
Eye protection (clear eyeglasses) Specific use requirements will be discussed with participants in full detail on the day of the shoot
REQUIRED ON SET
Participants will be required to adhere to social distancing rules of at least 6 feet in between them at all times* (except H/M)
The studio floor will be demarcated with tape that shows a 6 foot distance where appropriate
Seating areas will be spaced 6 feet apart
An on-site health and safety coordinator will be present at the shoot to enforce social distancing
Rent additional studio space on the shoot day to allow participants even more room to spread out Hair and Makeup
Single use brushes and applicators will be used at all times
Models are encouraged to bring their own brushes and makeup equipment for use on themselves
Hair and makeup will be performed at separate, socially distanced stations
Hair and makeup teams will be wearing face masks, face shields, and eye protection
When applying product, hair and makeup teams will be careful to never go directly from compact to face
Touch-ups will be limited and only performed if absolutely necessary
Conversations should be limited to reduce potential spread, and must be socially distanced Equipment
Any equipment that is used in the shoot should only be touched by the individual using it
Equipment will be regularly sanitized and disinfected per CDC guidelines in between uses to maintain a safe and clean set Participant Responsibilities
All participants, with the exception of models on set, will be required to wear masks at all times during the shoot
All participants must regularly wash their hands for at least 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer No hugs or handshakes - winks, nods, and bows only please!
Maintain a safe, social distance between others of at least 6 feet at all times
Food and Catering
Participants will be asked for their lunch orders on the day of the shoot
Meals, utensils, and napkins will be individually wrapped
The health and safety coordinator will be the only person picking up the food delivery and passing it out to participants
