Mariia is a Ukrainian/Roma creative and former competitive figure skater who moved to the U.S. at just 16 years old, shortly after the war began in her homeland. Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English, she brings a deep cultural richness to everything she does. Now living in Los Angeles, Mariia finds inspiration in the city’s vibrant music and cultural scene while pursuing a degree in sociology. With a background in both elite athletics and competitive hip hop dance, she carries resilience, grace, and passion into each new chapter of her life. Proud of her heritage and hopeful for her country’s future, Mariia lives with a deep appreciation for every moment.
